How the deposit works

Decide your approximate group size
You do not need final names yet, just a head count close enough to set your tier.

Send your studio name, your name, and your head count.

A talent manager confirms your tier and deposit figure
They walk you through perks or commission and give you your number. The deposit is 30% of your group's total registration — your head count times the $750 per first time attendee rate.

What does the deposit hold?
Your dancers' spots in the May 2027 New York room.
Is the deposit refundable?
OXYGEN does not refund, but your deposit transfers to a future OXYGEN event if your plans change.

Studios fill their season early, and the room has a cap. This holds your group's place before we sell out.
