OXYGEN THE CONVENTION

Certain registrations for OXYGEN THE CONVENTION may be offered with purchase options such as payment plans or installment payments.

By selecting a purchase option during checkout, you agree to the following terms.

Payment Plan Commitment

When selecting a payment plan or installment option, you agree to complete all scheduled payments associated with your registration.

Payment plans are a commitment to reserve a limited event spot, and all payments must be completed according to the payment schedule provided at checkout.

Cancellation Policy

Payment plans cannot be canceled once the first payment has been processed.

Because event capacity is limited and spots are reserved at the time of purchase, all registrations secured through a payment plan remain non-refundable and non-cancelable.

Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in:

• Loss of your reserved event spot
• Suspension of access to the event
• Collection of the remaining balance where permitted by law

Missed Payments

If a scheduled payment fails or is missed, our system may automatically attempt to process the payment again.

If payment cannot be completed, OXYGEN THE CONVENTION reserves the right to cancel the registration and release the reserved spot.

Any payments already made may be retained as a cancellation fee.

Transfers

If you are unable to attend the event, you may request to transfer your registration to another dancer in accordance with the OXYGEN Registration & Refund Policy.

Transfer requests must be submitted before the event and approved by OXYGEN THE CONVENTION.
