Registration & Refund Policy

All registrations for OXYGEN THE CONVENTION are final sale. Due to the limited capacity of each event and the preparation required for every attendee, we do not offer refunds once a registration has been completed.

Please review the following policy before registering.

No Refunds

All event registrations are non-refundable. Once a spot has been reserved, it cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason including, but not limited to:

Schedule conflicts
Travel issues
Illness or injury
Change of personal circumstances
Failure to attend the event
Registration Transfers

If you are unable to attend the event you registered for, you may request to transfer your registration to another dancer. Transfer requests must be submitted no later than 7 days before the event date.

Transfers must include the new attendee’s full name, contact information, and any required registration details.

Event Changes

OXYGEN THE CONVENTION reserves the right to modify event schedules, instructors, programming, or venue details if necessary. These adjustments may occur due to circumstances outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.

Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event that OXYGEN THE CONVENTION must cancel an event entirely, registered attendees will receive either:

A full refund, or
A credit toward a future OXYGEN event

This determination will be made at the discretion of OXYGEN THE CONVENTION.

Agreement to Policy

By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Registration & Refund Policy.
