OXYGEN THE CONVENTION is a twelve and over event. We do not divide age groups. Every dancer gets the same level of training in the same arena. Our classes are all advanced level classes.

Any dancer under twelve years old looking to train in THE DIRT may send in a video to be considered for this level of training. Email oxygentheconvention@gmail.com for video application instructions.

Your jumpsuit will be given to you at the next OXYGEN THE CONVENTION event.

Upon online registration you will have the option to customize your jumpsuit to represent the name you're known as and the company you're representing.

Dancers that have already attended an OXYGEN THE CONVENTION event do not have to buy a new jumpsuit for each event.

OXYGEN THE CONVENTION uses a three tier jumpsuit system that reflects your journey and commitment to working your hardest and supporting others. Every dancer starts in black and can earn their way up through demonstrated talent, leadership, and dedication.

WHO WEARS IT?

All new and regular attendees.

GOAL : Show exceptional talent, work ethic, and moral support.

HOW DO I ADVANCE? Stand out through natural leadership, exceptional technique, positive energy, and embodiment of OXYGEN THE CONVENTION'S values during the event.

BEIGE JUMPSUIT - THE EARNED HONOR

WHO WEARS IT?

Selected dancers who proved themselves worthy

BENEFITS:
● Full scholarship to every Oxygen event nationwide (travel is not covered)
● Convention assistant and class leader
● Guaranteed front row placement in all classes
● Visual recognition as an Oxygen leader

RESPONSIBILITIES: Set the standard for energy, technique, and leadership in every class.

Only attendees involved in multiple ELEMENTS are eligible for advancement into the next tier.

GREY JUMPSUIT - THE HIGHEST HONOR

WHO WEARS IT?

Attendees involved in multiple ELEMENTS that consistently showcase relentless work ethic, constant support, and genuine artistry.

WHAT DOES IT MEANS?

You're an official worker of OXYGEN THE CONVENTION. Along with being a true role model in class, you are tasked with assisting in the overall operation of each event. 

BENEFITS:

● PAID position at every event

● Full scholarship with travel and hotel expenses covered

● Invaluable industry connections and knowledge

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

● Handle everything from load in to check in

● Water and maintain the dirt arena

● Assist instructors when needed

● Be the first to set the energy and get crowds hyped

● Answer questions and be the go to person for attendees

WHY MULTIPLE ELEMENTS?

 OXYGEN THE CONVENTION is one piece of multiple ELEMENTS co-existing. In order to reach the highest honor in one ELEMENT, participation in multiple ELEMENTS is required. This assures a selected attendee is suited for the responsibilities that come with this honor, as well as keeping the ELEMENTS aligned.

Yes. Every attendee receives two observer bands upon registration for an OXYGEN THE CONVENTION event.

Observers are welcome to stay for the entirety of an event.
